Precast Gels for Isoelectric Focusing 用于IEF的預(yù)制膠
提供一系列用于水平IEF電泳的聚丙烯酰胺預(yù)制膠(含5% T和5% SERVALYT™ )，此類預(yù)制膠分為寬pH范圍及窄pH范圍（2個pH單位）；有0.3 mm和0.15 mm兩種厚度。0.3 mm的預(yù)制膠應(yīng)用較廣，而在要求高分辨率或樣品量少時建議使用 0.15 mm凝膠。

SERVALTY™ PRECOTES™可提供不同pH范圍及型號。聚丙烯酰胺凝膠層與GEL-FIX™ 支持膜共價結(jié)合，凝膠和支持膜一同經(jīng)過電泳以及染色、固定和成像過程。支持膜可維持凝膠的形狀，不會收縮、膨脹或撕裂，使儲存更簡單。

3．SERVALYT™ PreNets™
- 即用：
- 將凝膠放在水平電泳裝置中，電極芯浸濕后上樣。
- 上樣快速靈活：
- 用硅膠制的加樣條上樣，可提供不同狹縫數(shù)目及形狀的加樣條。加樣條可放在凝膠的任何位置，一般最佳位置在陽極與陰極中間。IEF電泳跑膠通常需要3小時（與膠的大小有關(guān)）。凝膠可放在室溫下隔夜風(fēng)干。還可提供標(biāo)準(zhǔn)染色規(guī)程（Coomassie™ 與銀染）。
SERVALYT™ PreNets™有一層滲透性的纖維支持膜（可進行電轉(zhuǎn)移），并且凝膠層與支持物非共價結(jié)合，可輕松掀起，特別適用于印跡。SERVA的預(yù)制膠有薄型及超薄型兩種。每塊凝膠均用Aluthen袋包裝，可保存18個月以上。

4．Blank PRECOTES™ 與 Blank PreNets™
Blank PRECOTES™是可用于任何pH范圍的IEF通用產(chǎn)品。一層厚0.3 mm的聚丙烯酰胺凝膠灌注在GEL-FIX™支持膜上，只含pH 6.5的BisTris緩沖液，“blank”表示它們幾乎是“空白”的凝膠，只需在電泳前用兩性電解質(zhì)平衡30分鐘。部分的分辨率比注入兩性電解質(zhì)的凝膠更好，還適用于加入尿素的混合平衡。凝膠含新鮮快速制備的8M尿素或加入的其他去垢劑（如CHAPS, Tween, Triton）。在分析溶解性很小的蛋白樣品（如膜蛋白）時特別有效。
